Interactions
Website Chat
- Improvement. It is now possible to include clickable links in regular chat messages and predefined text blocks. To do so, simply write any links in the format LINK TEXT and the system will take care of the rest, provided that the entered web address starts with “http://” or “https://”.
Web App
Notifications
- Fix. We have fixed an issue where the number of unread messages was still displayed on the browser tab even if users had already signed out.
Sign-in
- Fix. We have fixed an issue where users that were not assigned any permissions were stuck with the “My profile” modal. Now they are redirected to an “Access denied” page which informs them about the missing permissions and asks them to contact the administrator for further information.
Action Rules
- Fix. We have fixed an issue where exporting action rules from one tenant and importing them on another removed the rules on the original tenant. Now, action rules can be imported on other tenants without any effect on the original tenant.
Text Blocks
- Improvement. Importing text blocks with an already existing ID does not create duplicates anymore, instead the existing items are updated.

Website Interaction
- Improvement. With the improved Website Interaction feature users now have to option to upgrade any Live Chat conversation and equip the previously text-based conversation with feature such as Voice call, Video Call, Screen sharing, Whiteboard, Document collaboration and Co-Browsing. To enable leverage the new capabilities enable the Website Interaction feature.
Conference
- Noise supression is now available for all users. Simply navigate to More actions after clicking on the three dots within a Conference and click on Noise supression to enable it. This way conference participants can better filter out unwanted noises e.g: mouse clicks, laptop fan noises etc.
- Screen sharing can now be used in paralel to video camera. This way users sharing their screen and having their video camera enabled can still leverage the video background feature.
- Limit backgrounds feature now enables conference participants to use Blur, Slight blur and No background.
Web Chat
- Improvement. Web Chats where conversation transcripts are available to download now correctly display umlaut characters and emojis.
Whiteboard & Document collaboration
- Improvement. Users now able to define if text fields should or should not have a white background for better visibility upon downloading a whiteboard or Document.
